This is an old historic property so understand the rooms are small with limited electrical outlets. It was very clean and updated to create a boutique feeling. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. It's in a great location to enjoy the San Francisco waterfront.

We have a lovely view of the bay, and the Baybridge. It was beautiful to see the sunrise and set. The environment around the hotel by the waterfront, full of life and music and very good job of SF getting the city back in order for touism

This is an iconic hotel. The view of the Bay Bridge was incredible. The window were thick enough to prevent any noise coming through. Absolutely will stay here again

The view is amazing!!

The view was amazing!!! They said continental breakfast was included if was more like coffee and a donut, and I was supposed to get a bottle of vine never got it, besides that everything was amazing especially the view
