Great location. Rooms, lobby, breakfast area clean. Nice staff. Shower hot with good pressure. Bed comfortable. Zero view. No microwave in room. Walls a bit thin. All in all, would stay there again due to price. FYI $30/night "amenity fee" due on checkout. Surprise!

The location was great. The room was great, but I'd like if they had mini sofas to relax on when not in bed. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Staff was really awesome especially Melissa at front desk and E??? the head valet gentleman.

Excellent facility, clean room, good breakfast. Friendly staff and ease to get around. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to the SAN Fran area! Only reason I could not give a 5 star is due to the shower pressure. It was weak, however nice and hot.

I didn’t like the surprise $30 per night “amenity” fee I was charged at the end of my stay. IMO it t should be included in the actual price of the hotel. Charging extra at the end for breakfast and having coffee and water available 24 hours seems deceptive when the hotel advertises the stay includes breakfast, etc.
