Area was close to everything. Very walkable to Fishermans Wharf, Pier 39, and Ghirardelli Square. Breakfast was ok. Our room was cleaned daily. Would definitely stay there again.

No onsite washing machines / dryers for guest convenience. Breakfast was plentiful if arrived very very early - but bland in taste. Air conditioning was good. View of other guests windows! Maid did excellent work Reception staff upon check in was monotone and unwelcoming. Gym is tiny and limited machines.

The elevators had issues our whole stay. There was only ever one working at a time. The breakfast area was not well stocked and had equipment issues. Air conditioning units in the rooms run very loudly due to in wall design
