The heat in the in the room didn’t work, the keys would never work and required multiple multi floor trips to the front desk to get another key. They advertise a gym, however they do not have a partnership with a gym at all. You had to request maid service every day, however even when requesting it, they managed to ge it done 1 of 3 days. They gave me a bottle of wine when I checked in, that was a nice touch.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly allowing us to check in early which made the rest of our day easier. There are good restaurants across the street and public transportation was available a short walk away. The welcome bag included a bottle of wine, water and snacks.

Uniquely beautiful hotel. Loved the proximity to union square and everything else really. Used the parking garage across the way for half the price and that went extremely well.

The hotel is located in an amazing area. The subway is easily accessible. Close to Chinatown. Right next to the trolley. Very friendly front desk staff. Would stay again!
