This is a quiet, elegant, boutique hotel that I enjoyed staying in for a week-long business trip. But be aware that the rooms are tiny, there is no refrigerator or microwave available, only coffee and tea are served in the morning, and the water pressure is low.

Charming old building, well maintained, small but adequate rooms, nicely located No parking on site but valet service offered for a price to take your car to a secure lot. Would stay here again.

Hotel Abri: A Very Nice Stay!

I really like this hotel. The service is very good, rooms seem to hold sounds within because i never hear neighboring rooms, many of the rooms are sizeable and all have multiple nightstands a desk (which has a frig on one side and trash on the other), additionly some rooms have sofas, tables, benches, dressers, all have safes, very eco friendly, the entry is very nice and welcoming with a verticle garden on the right as you enter sitting area on left concierge just past that and a gas fireplace and additional meeting place adjacent to their own little store stocked with all the necessities that you may have forgotten to the leff. Further left are the elevators. They offer to homd luggage both before and after your stay and provide you with a bottle of wine, a couple of fancy waters and some snacks all in a tote with their logo on it....super cool! The location is ideal for most visitors sitting right behind Powell St Bart on Ellis St. If u havent srayed here, give it a try, you will more than likely be glad u did. They also offer vallet service utilizing a nearby secure garage.

Great customer service!

The service was great specially frontdesk. The hotel is a little bit dated and signage was hard to see even if big. The hotel fragrance wasn’t that appealing to the nose. Other than that, i will still come back here.

Got a hotel stay for my wife and my twins while her friends were in town so they could hang out in the city for the weekend. Hotel Abri was the perfect choice. The hotel felt safe, charming, updated, the staff were attentive, professional and kind. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel itself is in a great location - right around the corner to 5th & Market Street with shopping, restaurants, etc..., the historic cable car turnaround - if you want to jump on for a ride up Powell, and also really central to public transit - Bart, Muni, etc... couldn't ask for more!
