There is NO PARKING what so ever. You have to look foe a parking garage close by and depending on the time you show up.( ex: past 8pm most of them are closed) parking goes from $32 to $56 dollars A DAY. It's clean and everything but you can hear everything that's going on outside and walls are thin. You do have homeless around but they dont bother you if you dont bother them.

Several things in the room were broken, the handle on a closet, a thick glass shelf in the shower was barely hanging on, and one of the windows didnt have a curtain.

They place smells terrible, hair found on bed sheets, forgot items at hotel called for them to retrieve it so they did and told me that it would be at the front then when I arrived they told me it was lost after saying they found it and bagged it. Would not recommend and I would never stay here again.

This is my second stay at Epik hotel, great staff and everything is kept clean except the kitchen need some small kitchen items like soap, sponge, small pots and utencils. Housekeeping need to consider kitchen as part of the area that need some cleaning not left to guests to manage. Adding free breakfast is great but menu is not healthy eating donuts, extra bread choice and jam or butter is more than enough. Epik is very affordable for budget stay in SF close to everything for me

Given it's mere steps from the Tenderloin I should've expected as much. If you need a place to crash it works. Outside street noise all night. Homeless encampment around the corner. The interior was clean enough, but when I ask house staff for a plastic razor I expect to receive one.

The cucumber water in the lobby was nice. Window stayed open and did not fit in the frame, so it was constantly cold and loud (could not sleep). Tv did not work. Shower knob was broken. Awful.
