The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. In particular, it was within walking distance of Pier 39 and less than ten minutes from the airport rail link. The morning coffee and simple croissants were very enjoyable. There was also a fitness center right next door. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location. Surprisingly quiet for an SF hotel. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room had a nice shower and a reading nook. Just beware the super mushy spring coil mattress and enormous, firm pillows. I slept ok, but your mileage may vary. Would stay here again if I was in the city for anything going on near the south end of the Embarcadero.
