Staff was nice with the exception of the valet. When dropping off my car, he sped up so quickly and jumped the curb then parked right in front of the meter where my husband had to move the car forward so I could get into the passenger side without banging my door into the meter. Also, during cocktail hour, it would be great if the gal checking in at the front desk spoke up a little as it’s incredibly noisy and hard to hear. I had to ask her to repeat herself several times because she spoke so softly.

The lobby is nice. The room i was booked into was beat up. The bathroom was actually very nice. The room itself left a lot to be desired. - chipped paint, bland wallpaper, mismatched furnitures. But the bedding was good. So you can see the mismatch above. It would be really easy to make the room more desirable. But in its current state, I won't rebook.
