Fun decor in the lobby and comfortable room. I like the microwave, fridge and coffee machine in the room. My room’s view was disappointing - looked right onto the parking garage and window was not openable. Internet was good but didn’t feel secure.

Upon arrival, we checked in to what I though was a balcony view room. After walking a long way to the room, we open it up to see that we are looking out a window at the AC vents. I called front desk and they moved us immediately and even had the bell man bring other room keys up. That was very helpful since the walk to stairs and elevators were very far from the rooms. The only other issue was the door to the stairs where we park our cars had a broken key entry box, so we couldn't get to our room from that close access. The bathrooms were not clean and did not have a bath towel to put down on the floor. Overall it was ok, but it seemed like we had more issues this stay. I hope they fix them as we like staying here.

Overall this was a great hotel but some minor things. I think it was because of the position of our apartment looking out onto the wharf. Pros: - incredible view - convenient location - safe - free drinking water and amenities - great decor and design that fitted in well with location Cons: - music from street food vendors was very loud until midnight - music from cars driving down street was so loud that it vibrated the apartment
