Booked this hotel last min for my birthday. They gave us complimentary drink vouchers for my bday. Check in was smooth. The room we booked only had partial view to the bay. They accommodated us to a room with a beautiful view of the bay bridge. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Dream come true.

Great hotel with a great view at a convenient location. We were finally able to try it after 40 years in the Bay Area and it did not disappoint. We upgraded to the room with accessible balcony and we did not regret. Minor complain is there is not enough storage space for longer term stay and no free slippers provided.
