Esthetic room but that’s about it. Central heater, vent suction in restroom and coffee machine were not working. No warm environment found in hotel. I felt I was being follow to elevator. My stay was for 3 days and almost every single time there was staff members following me to the elevator but not once they say good morning or good evening as I walk in to the hotel. I visit the Westin to see the cookie castle and ohh my goodness were they welcoming and happy to have us there. The Ambiance was incredible noticeable. My advice invest more on your staff it make a world of a difference when you have happy employees.

Hotel was nice. I had not been there in many years - since it was the Sir Francis Drake. Room was nicely renovated - just sort of small. The hotel was jam packed - due to the holidays and a lot of crazy events going on in the city that day. Breakfast was sort of chaotic - but I think there was a large private event going on.
