Room did not match photos on Hotels.com. Aircon didn’t work properly. Window overlooked interior of building—so not really a window.

Staff were absolutely amazing. No parking is the only thing I wasn’t a fan of. Otherwise the rooms were nice, I love the walk in showers. The A/C was a little high tech for my fossil brain, but the front desk immediately assisted me which made my stay that much better. I plan to return here soon

The bed had no squeak to it, and I loved the tiling in the bathroom. My one issue was the TV mount being unable to face down towards the bed, but nobody stays in a hotel to watch TV. Enjoyed my stay nonetheless.

Always enjoy staying here when on a budget! Rooms can be on the smaller side but have everything you need as a solo traveler, with a bit of style.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice. Only complaint is that the heating/cooling didn't work so it was 63 degrees in my room. The neighborhood itself is a little sketchy but just keep your head on a swivel and you'll be okay

Are stay was great. We had Superior room with bunk bed & private bathroom. Lots of places to eat around it. Just don't walk West because 2blks west is DT/Tenderloin. So if you're a tourist you do not want to go down to that area.
