Room and a strange layout. Bed was in a strange location that didn’t allow the lay in the bed and enjoy the view. Staff member in the overpriced breakfast restaurant was rude but maybe he had a bad day.

Was great for an overnight stay! Great location. When i have more than 1 night ill definitely come back. The views from the room was nice from the 12 floor. No fog was a plus. Didnt get a chance to partake at the bar. Just needed more time. Albert the door guy was great!!!

El hotel muy bien ubicado, muy bonito, elegante, sin embargo el minibar siempre estuvo solo a pesar de que me ofrecían descuentos en bebdidas del minibar, pero esta bien, mo fue problema, lo que si fue un problema: el ruido entre los cuartos, pareciera que tenia al huesped de la otra habitacion usando mi baño!! Terrible !

This was a beautiful hotel. The Concierge had great florist recommendations and was able to accommodate last minute requests for shoe shining before a wedding. They were really helpful. Staff also didn’t seem to mind our multiple requests for ice as no machine is available for self service. We were staying as a group for a wedding.
