+central location +staff is friendly and helpful +comfortable bed +relatively good value for money (considering you are in SF) -thin walls, you can hear your neighbor speaking -small room -confusion about what is included in the package (discount at the coffee shop etc) -lack of transparency for the pricing

It's a nice hotel, with nice rooms and really kind personal. It's also really local. all in all kt's a really good hotel, but out room wasn't that beautiful as on the pictures.

Bien situé mais assez moyen dans l'ensemble

L'hôtel se trouve à proximité de Powell, ce qui est pratique pour les transports en commun (câble car notamment). Il faut néanmoins s'armer de patience si vous souhaitez vous déplacer avec les transports en commun de SF...mais cela fait aussi partie du charme de cette ville. Le confort général de la chambre que bous avons eue est assez bon dans l'ensemble, mais l'isolation phonique est inexistante, on entend même le réveil de la chambre adjacente ! Si comme nous vous tombez sur une bande de fêtards, ne comptez pas dormir tant qu'ils ne sont pas calmés!
