For the price it was a good hotel and my stay was fine. The neighborhood is pretty rough out on the street but no one ever bothered me. The location is nice for getting around downtown.

This hotel is the absolute worst. And the high ratings must be manufactured. It is located in the worst of the worst part of San Fran and an unbelievable amount of homeless people right outside the door of this hotel and for several blocks surrounding. This hotel would rate a 2/10 for sure if ratings were accurate. Horrible!!

It's located in a part of SF with homeless people everywhere. We didn't realize there are not bathrooms in the room...This is a hostel more than a hotel. I didn't shower because I didn't know where it was, but luckily the shared toilet is just down the hall. I was locked outside at 3am for over an hour because I couldn't get inside. I wasn't told the scan the key outside above the door to open it after 12am. The rest of the time we were told to buzz in and be let in. I tried calling to be let in and no one answered. Homeless people on drugs were screaming all night outside my window. Saving grace is that the room was clean and the man at the front desk was very nice, but I would never in a million years step foot in here again.

冷房、セキュリティボックスなし。隣がバーであるのと、スラムの近くということもあって、夜通しとてもうるさく、寝るのに苦労するし、歩いているホームレスの数も相当多い。マーケットストリートにホームレスがたむろしている光景は、数年前には想像できなかったので、久しぶりの人は注意が必要。 また、4泊したが、最安値で宿泊しているということで、掃除もタオルの交換も、一度もしてうれなかった。して欲しいと言うと、20ドル払えと言われた。 シャワーは非常に低温で、暖かくなるまで随分時間がかかるが、日によっては5分待っても真夏の屋外のプールのシャワー程度の温度にしかならなかった。 サンフランシスコに数年に一回、もう20年以上来ているが、こんな宿は初めてでした。
