Located in the heart of San Miguel, a small town in the north of the island of Ibiza. A quiet place, ideal to rest and enjoy the sun, the beach (about 15 minutes walk from the house, 8 minutes by car) and the serenity of the Ibiza countryside. An oasis of rest and tranquility invaded by aromas of pine, rosemary and lavender. Its architecture is typical of an old Ibizan house, with whitewashed walls and sabina ceilings. It was completely renovated in 1994 and improved again in 2011. In February 2017, a reform of all the bathrooms was carried out. It has all kinds of services and facilities: swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, barbecue, billiards, table tennis, table football, 4 bicycles for guests, internet, wifi, television, air conditioning, heating, microwave, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, induction hob , dryers in all bathrooms, iron and safe. Cleaning twice a week and linen are included in the price. We have tried to make the charms of an old Ibizan house compatible with the comforts of our time. It is perfect for eight adults to occupy. Inside the house has three spacious bedrooms, two with large double beds (we can install an extra single bed) and another with three single beds (one of the beds also integrated into a custom made closet). Each of the rooms has its own bathroom (suite). There is an access toilet for the dining room. Likewise, we have cots (2), high chairs (2 chairs to eat). Finally, the house also has two large dining rooms and a kitchen. Outside, there is a large private garden with swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, barbecue, sun loungers, table tennis, billiards and table football and Balinese bed. It is an ideal house for families with children or for groups of friends who want tranquility, privacy and a large garden and care with beautiful views.
