Dear Anonymous. Many thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. We are glad that most of our staff and food was met by your appreciation. However, we do regret that you have experienced some our staff as unaccommodating, even though we consider it our job to make every guest feel comfortable. We would like to apologise for this occurrence. As for the pool, at this time of year the nights are unfortunately too cold to keep the water warm.
