Great location, central to the Pikes Market and the space needle. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was extremely clean however, the rooms were way smaller than expected. We did love all the little witty messages on the various items. All and all, we would stay here again.

I liked how modern it was. It was walkable to the Space Needle and that area. I didn't like how you had to use your key in the elevator. I didn't like how small the rooms were. They were more like efficiencies. The square footage should have been listed. As a client headed to Alaska with 6 bags in tow, the carpet was too thick for luggage strolling, very hard to maneuver. The smell was an acquired taste, it was overwhelming. There was no food for continental breakfast, but rather a $21 breakfast that didn't look appetizing. I would not stay here again due to small room.

Lovely hotel, good facilities, very clean. Just a couple of issues/points: My room temperature control was not working. Would be good to clearly state what coffees/drinks are freely available. Also though water was available at the reception bar by the glass…a handy water bottle would be good to take to the room.

The room was very small and clearly meant for those who choose to roam the city rather than hang out inside. There is a large common area with work stations, lounge areas, and a bar with a barista. They offer a nice buffet breakfast at a fair price for the area. It was a unique experience that I enjoyed, and while I, as an older traveler, prefer a more traditional hotel room, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in a Citizen M hotel on occasion in the future.

Parking was my main concern because I was gonna be driving around in a rental car but there was no issue at all because street parking was available right outside of the hotel and I was able to pay and keep track of the time through my phone.

Loved staying here. It’s a very imaginatively designed hotel. The rooms are tiny European style which we very much like (though not for everyone I guess.) Very convenient to South Lake Union, Downtown, Seattle Center and Capitol Hill.
