It was refreshing to stay at a hotel that was not part of a larger chain. The front lobby had charm, and the people at the front desk were really helpful and kind. It was a great location, very close and walkable to the space needle and Pike market.

It is only 3 minutes walk to the Climate Pledge Area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom has been updated and looks modern. There're self-serve water and coffee at the lobby. The fridge is not cold. I wouldn't store yogurt or milk there.

I received a warm welcome and prompt service. The room I was assigned had a heavy fragrance in it, which triggered an allergic reaction, and KAY at the front desk was soooo helpful and accommodating and quickly resolved things for me. Thank you, Kay!! 😊❤️ The room itself was great - VERY clean!! I did feel that the bathroom fell short from a functional perspective. A stand-alone sink with narrow shelves above it, so nowhere to put a makeup bag or other items. There is a separate sink right outside the bathroom that had excellent counter space, which was great! But it had a deep kitchen sink, which I thought was odd. Also, no shelf in the shower if you wanted to use your own products. And the towel racks were across on the opposite wall, so you couldn’t grab a towel while still in the shower. (This seems to be common at a lot of hotels I’ve stayed in lately, so maybe it’s a modern thing and I just haven’t caught up.) 🤣 They have a shuttle to the cruise port, which is great! And there are a couple of places to eat nearby that they recommended. (Dick’s served a great - and inexpensive - burger! A cafe down the street serves breakfast all day and other home style meals.) I’m a female senior, traveling alone, and I’ll admit I was a bit intimidated by the nighttime surroundings. Quite a few homeless/unhoused milling about but minding their own business. I have surroundings 3 stars for this. Overall, great place. One star less just because of functionality.

The staff was helpful and polite. We were able to check in early as they had an available room. Location was great. We walked to the Space Needle and Chihuly exhibit. The hotel is showing its age. Hallways definitely need updating. Bathroom had been updated. Roof terrace was a nice plus.

The staff is excellent. They were professional, friendly and very helpful. The location was convenient. It is walking distance to the Space Needle, the Chihuly Glass Museum and the monorail which takes you to the waterfront.

Great departure from mainstream options

Great hotel. We stayed here last year also. It’s amazing seeing the same friendly staff as last year! Close to great meal options and grocery to get last minute items. Staying here pre cruise.

I returned to the Med Inn after several years to take my brother to the Valkyrie v. Storm game. I am so impressed with all of the renovations they've done, especially the rooftop patio. When I was last here several years ago it was just a small space with a few chairs, nothing special, except the view. Now it's a proper rooftop deck. It's just really a really wonderful feature. The staff and service were excellent during my stay. I had a medical emergency and the staff were professional and supportive. One staff member went the extra mile and went to a nearby store to buy some medicine for me. My room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. I can't recommend the Med Inn enough. I definitely look forward to my next visit.

Place did not feel or look safe. Beds not comfortable at all. Ice buckets but no ice. Told of a rooftop bar that was show on their page but it did not exist... just bring your own food and sit out there with no service... also people left their mess behind no one to clean it
