Everything too see in downtown Seattle is all within walking distance from this hotel. It is the perfect location. Safe and quiet! Beautiful scenery from the rooftop. Highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely horrible. I let my one year old daughter walk barefoot in the room and within an hour her feet were BLACK. The window curtains and shades had dust all over them. The bed was so uncomfortable my husband slept in the chair. Our room was right at the elevator and you can hear everything. Staff was incredibly rude. 0/10. Won’t be back.

The hotel bathroom is very updated but the hotel is old. Just needs a really good remodel.. need updated carpet and furniture for 284.00, I excepted better. Shout out to the staff very friendly.

This is a dated facility but the location is excellent. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. I don't think you can find a better value in the downtown area.

We only stayed one night, we had a cruise and needed a place to stay before flying home. Customer service was great we were aloud to leave our bags for the day even before we could check-in which was a great deal.
