Lovely tranquil location

The location was very relaxing and tranquil but we basically used the hotel as a central point for touring around the island (good location for this). Unfortunately there were several little irritating issues.. We didn't have a change of bed linen all week..I had to ask for clean towels. On arriving back to the hotel one evening about 10pm we asked for a cup of tea but was informed that the tea was finished..15 mins later the table behind us who had just had a meal were asked if they would like tea or coffee!!! There are notices up stating you are not permitted to bring food or drinks back to your room but there are no cafes or bars round about. Just a mini bar in room..soft drinks which are charged on departure. We only had breakfast from our 3rd day onwards as we were not aware that it was included in our price..but it wasn't worth the charge of 10 euros ..just fruit,bread, cheese, cold meat, toast, boiled eggs coffee and a previously boiled kettle with water for tea bags .breakfast doesn't start until 8.30am!! The waitress (only one) was very unfriendly and unwelcoming.. Always appeared unhappy at her work!! During our stay (3rd day) I noticed a key lying on a tray on reception desk with our room number ..when I asked I was informed that the last people who had been in our room had left it there on departure...poor room security!!! On our departure at 7.30am we waited for 1/2 hour for someone to come to reception to check us out despite ringing the bell several times no staff member could be located until the waitress started at 8am!!!!! All problems seem to have been due to poor management which is a shame as the owners did seem to be very friendly and aim to please. You most definitely need a car to stay at this location. Overall it has the potential to become a super hotel just needs these minor issues addressed. Would return or recommend it as it is a beautiful place.

Fantastic traditional hotel a real taste of Mallorca

Staying in a real piece of traditional Mallorca. The island's central location is great for visits in all directions but you have to have a car and there is no where to go for a walk in the evenings. A lovely relaxing garden / swimming pool. Unforunately we were the only ones on half board and so there was no atmosphere at evening dinner but we can certainly recommend the food even though it was a set menu (no choice at all). Would certainly stay there again but would have to have a think about on just B@B.

OK, but in need some care

Overall the hotel is OK - but it needs some attention quickly. For example, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the bathrooms are falling apart - we had a tiny shower and a bath, but the faucet in the bath did not work, and the water pressure in the shower was so low that it was difficult to take a proper shower. The breakfast was disappointing and quite boring after 3 days. They kept running out of food, and even took out mouldy croissants one day, but as there's nothing else nearby you have no other choice. We did not try the restaurant as they asked us to tell them in the morning if we would eat there, but could not tell us what kind of food they would prepare. The staff are very friendly, and overall as said the hotel is OK, with lower prices it would make an OK 3 star hotel, but it does not have 4 stars and is not worth 100 €/night

Ruhiges Landhotel

Son Jordá ist ein schön gelegenes, ruhiges, und sehr angenehmes Landhotel. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und gut. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel unbedingt weiter!

Urlaub war Traumhaft

Zimmer sehr Gross, Anreise nur mit eigenem Mietwagen möglich oder Taxi, da es abseits liegt, weit weg von Geschäften und Restaurants....

kleines, ländliches Hotel der Mitte der Insel

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels stellt einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungstouren (mit dem Auto) auf der Insel dar, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind in ihrer Ausstattung und Zustand in Ordnung, für den niedrigen Preis sogar recht gut. Deutlich merkbar hat das Hotel aber auch bereits bessere Zeiten erlebt, der hauseigene Tennisplatz sieht aus, als wäre er seit Jahren nicht in Benutzung, und alles in allem ist das Interieur doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Da man letzteres in Spanien jedoch über nahezu jedes Hotel sagen kann, ist es keineswegs als Negativpunkt zu werten. Schade ist jedoch, dass um das Hotel herum eigentlich so gut wie nichts zu sehen gibt - ohne Auto abends mal in einen benachbarten Ort gehen, ist ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit; außer der Hotelbar/dem Hotelrestaurant gibt es keinen Anlaufpunkt unter einer Stunde Fußweg. Wesentliches Manko ist, dass das Hotel leider in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens Palma liegt - und damit zumindest an den Hauptflugtagen Samstag und Sonntag nur wenige Minuten ohne Fluglärm bietet. Wer also einen leichten Schlaf hat und nicht mit Ohrenstöpseln schlafen kann oder mag, sollte die Gegend insgesamt meiden. Empfehlen würde ich das Hotel also nur bedingt - wer sich von Fluglärm nicht gestört fühlt, es gern ländlich, idyllisch und gemächlich hat und neben Tagestouren nichts benötigt, wird sich in dem Hotel durchaus wohlfühlen; wir werden uns beim nächsten mal wohl eher etwas anderes suchen.

Kein 4 STERN

Kann ich leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Auf der ganzen Finca arbeiten vielleicht drei Personen. Diese sind so gut wie nie bei der Arbeit anzutreffen. Das Frühstück wird erst ab 08.30 reserviert. Preisleistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Zimmer ist nicht sauber. Dusche, WC alles total verkalkt und Matratze sowie Kissen total eklig. Es gibt keine Terrasse oder Balkon. Die nassen Strandtücher können nirgends getrocknet werden. Das ganze Zimmer riecht übel nach altem Abwasser. Wir verbrachten nur die nötigste Zeit auf der Finca.

Ein wunderbares, Super gelegenes, ruhiges Hotel. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Ruhe und Entspannung auf dieser wundervollen Insel. Es war nicht unser letzter Besuch in diesem Hotel

remarque

la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas bien, le réfrigérateur pas du tout. sinon nous avons très bien mangé le soir à l'hôtel. L'hôtel est loin de tout mais bien centré si vous voulez faire des excursions sur toutes l'ile.. il faut avoir une voiture absolument. La piscine est bien et l'endroit est très calme, loin de la vague de touristes...
