The cabin itself was OK. Although the photos on the listing are obviously several years old. The “private theater” listed was not at all- listing showed a big sectional with a large rug set up for a family to enjoy. There was a single couch that would maybe seat 3 and no rug. The floor in the game room was in such I’ll repair it was a fall hazard. The bed listing was wrong there was no double over a single just a regular bunk. The hot cover was open when we arrived and it was full of debris- had it been cleaned and sanitized prior to our arrival as their listing claims they would have known this as it should have been running and ready for us. The hot tub never worked the entire time we were there. Even though we called the office each time being told the technician was on the way after the first visit I was told that they received pictures back of it operating and running by the final day they told us it was not operable on the owner would have to be contacted because of the cost of the repair. Dishwasher did not work and was dirty when we arrived it was dirty with caked detergent in it. Kitchen was not equipped at all. No cutting board, no pot holders, 1 kitchen towel was provided for a 5day stay. Cabin supposed to sleep 13 but there were only 10 dinner plates. Towels were provided only 1 per person - ladies use more than 1 towel and IF the hot tub had been in working order would have needed more. Reached out multiple times to management- no response.
