Amazing location!! Hot tub, cozy fires... CABIN LIFE!!

The Hummingbird Hideaway is a 1bd/1.5ba retreat. Comfortably accommodates 4 adults. When you walk in the front door, you'll enter into a cozy and spacious hideaway. In the living room and dining room large windows accent the cathedral ceiling, letting in natural light and woodland beauty. As the center piece of the living room you have a gorgeous gas stone fireplace. Enjoy using the updated kitchen with new appliances! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Play a game of pool or darts, as your food cooks on the outdoor grill. The master bedroom has a cozy freestanding tub tucked in the corner surrounded by windows. Sink in and drift off to dreamland looking out into the forest. We have wifi and smart TVs to allow you to link up and stream anything you want, Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, etc. Bring your own login info to sign into your accounts.

Your Hummingbird Hideaway deck is where you'll be spending most of your time. You can enjoy a cup of coffee/tea on a crisp clear morning sitting in our rocking chairs; happy hour sitting in the porch swing; or relax in the hot tub after a Smoky mountain hike!

When the woods have settled down for the night, you'll head up to the master bedroom, which features a king size bed and on-suite bathroom and tub.

For your convenience you have a washer and dryer within the cabin along with a half bath downstairs.

PESTS & Wildlife are a normal thing in these parts. After-all, you are in the mountains. We have bear proof enclosures for garbage. Use them. It is not uncommon to see turkey, raccoons, the occasional bear, and all kinds of other little pests. The cabin is controlled by a pest control company but small bug like lady bugs may still find their way inside.

-You have the entire cabin to yourself.
- All check-ins are electronic. Door codes will be provided via email and text the day of check-in.

Parking:
-There is room enough for two cars in the driveway. The driveway is a little steep. It is a pull through. I would recommend going past the first entrance and turning into the second so your car is facing the road and the steeper part of the driveway.

***We are the new owners of the cabin and we are giving it a refresh! New appliances, countertops, sofa, bedding, adding a couple things like a gas fire pit on the deck, and a freestanding tub in the master. We have a few new photos of the cabin and there are more to come. We are renovating through the month of June 2021 and the cabin will be back online in July with updated photos.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
