1. Upon our arrival the cabin had NOT been cleaned    and it was apparent the trash had sat there for some time. It smelled awful and some of it was already molded2. When I called they offered to give us our money back and us find somewhere else to stay or would we want to clean it ourselves. Also they had a local relocating team and they would try to find us something. This was during fall break and if you have been here during this time most things the size we needed wasn’t available. 3 We had a handicapped person with us that can’t walk or climb steps, needed a walk-in shower on the main floor. 4. We had brought a lot of cold food with us that needed to be refrigerated 5. It was very stressful because we had more family coming and didn’t even know if we would have a place to stay6. At 8 PM we had to try and find a hotel with an ADA room plus 2 additional rooms. They did agree to pay for the rooms but I still have not received any money 7. They called and said they could clean the room the next day if that was agreeable. I told them if they could get it done by lunch. The next day I texted, called, texted and would be told we are checking with the local team and will give you an update. Finally at 4 PM we drove back out there and it had been cleaned.They contacted us much later to see if we were back at the cabin.  The cabin was great once cleaned and we loved the pond, location and the huge porches. Our time seemed short due to wasting the first 2 days.
