Decent short term stay

The front desk staff was friendly but some of the other members were not so. The room was over cramped.. a few less items could have made it more comfortably. Overall great location and quiet place.. good value for money

Location is excellent and that’s about all I the good I can say about the property. Rooms are very small, not like the pictures show. Beds are awful and hotel will charge you a fee for anything they can ( cribs, early check in, etc) not overly clean place and it’s very outdated. Staff can’t answer anything without manger’s approval. Only stay here for location and if you are single or a couple. No more than 2 nights stay max.

Great location, close to quay. Room was clean. Staff are not very friendly or helpful. We had no hot water and staff said it was normal because it rained... We had to complain several times before they organised someone to look at it. Managed to get it 'warm' for one night, cold again in the morning. No compensation or different room offered. We would never stay again.

Did not like the ongoing noises during the night (was not people) was banging noises. Whatever you do if you borrow an iron - dont lose the $10 deposit paperwork because they will not return the $10 even after returning the iron - they stole $10 off me the time before this visit, but i did stay again for convenience.

A place I’ve stayed at before I like as it’s easy to get to via public transport from Airport also it’s well connected to walk from Roberson to Clarke quay definitely staying here again

Anisah was unable to present during the check in. She from Indonesia can't make it to come. I booked 3 rooms and only get 2 rooms for my relatives to stay.The hotel policy unable to accepted the change of name after lengthy explained to them that I am the one who makes this hotel booking and payment done by me. I insist to get back compensation from them. TQ

Well priced clean and no frills property , within walking distance of central Singapore and 2 minutes from Clarke quay . Basic but good value . We don’t use pool or gym so can’t comment but generally pleased .
