Outstanding as always! The club lounge is our favorite in all of the hotels in Singapore as it features the best staff, chefs, dining and drink options. Champagne flowing all day, the RC signature, yes please! The suites are the most fabulous and the views of the marina are just amazing and more than worth splurging for. Thank you RC Millenia, but particularly Sam, Sathish, Jit and Chuck in the Club Lounge as they were all incredible again, just as they were during our last stays. Thank you!!

Very well cleaned property. Staffs were all friendly, however, the item that was promised by the staff was not delivered to me at all.. so it is kinda upsetting to not see it. But overall a good stay at the hotel :)

Surprise state of 5* Hotel

We were very surprised to experience an unclean and in need of repairs 5* hotel. There were drawers that had the face coming apart, a part of moulding that had fallen off the wall, there were areas that were not cleaned and the shower appears to have what we suspect was mold.

We ordered a fish&chips on the swimming pool, caught by the rain, tried to take back to room, but the bowl couldn’t take away which was reasonable. We just back to the room with no issues.And hotel rang us and prepared another take away fish&chips and send to our room. Appreciate for the consideration and taking care of us for such a small thing. Strong recommend, kid has kid’s slippers and and own bathrobe. Start loving Ritz Carlton

AC remote issue

The air conditioner in the room had issues which we did not notice when sleeping but woke up freezing. Went to adjust but the controller seemed broken. Asked the front desk support and had it arranged with personel also challenged taking about 5-10minutes. Imagine, all this happening at 2am on Christmas Day with kids potentially waking up thinking it’s Santa was quite stressful. I expect much more pre checks on hard ware at such a prestigious hotel, paying more for security and service, and of course some apologies when checking out. I did not say it but wouldn’t you usually ask about how was your stay etc? And some apologies in the morning? It is a lovely venue and we due Annually go but a bit disappointed in how things were handled
