"Very disappointed, stayed here on 21st march for one night, the room was so hot, radiator on full and wouldn’t turn down, spoke to receptionist and got told to open the window, the plug in the sink wouldn’t work, very noisy rooms can hear people from other rooms and in corridor. Won’t be going back for sure"
