This hotel is in prime location yet quiet. The hotel is dated and needs a bit of TLC

The room was basic and was ok for a 1 night stay. The hotel definitely needs a make over as its out dated and the rooms need a revamp especially the bathroom. The staff are oovely and was very helpful.

Cheap but cheerful

Pros: Location, car park excellent staff
Cons: Needs a face lift but keep the momentum
Location: Excellent location on the flat. several eateries and public houses within a very short stroll, arcades & shops
We had a lovely quiet room on the top floor with views out to sea and we could literally see for miles around the surrounding area. The breakfast set you up for the day. Car park was spacious and close to the back entrance. All of the staff were so pleasant, polite and helpful. it is real old world hotel in need of a bit of TLC. I don't think the younger generation would even know how to operate the lift. I found it very amusing and took me back a while. The only down fall was the morning we were leaving the boiler house flooded and therefore there was no heating or hot water. Well lets go back to the old days again, boil a kettle and put extra clothes on, these things happen Whilst we didn't have evening meal the menu looked wholesome and excellent value
