Don't forget to include watersports; perhaps a triathlon which includes paddleboarding and kayak races in your back yard bay, ocean swimming, and biking to Beach Bums Pizza Bar and Grill as a destination. You just can't beat the water access options at Choose Your Pleasure; your own private boardwalk and dock with direct access to the estuaries of Stump Sound, or a 50 yard scamper across the road to the Atlantic Ocean. And the games don't stop outside. A roomy open floor plan invites relaxation in the center while a teenager bonus room on the top floor can host riotous games and the lower level man cave can host a poker tournament.

Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be laying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.) 

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Elevator Policies:  
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 

Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed. The first dog is included in your rent. Additional dog may be added with restrictions and additional payment.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns.
