On a 3500m2 land, the Villa offers an amazing terrace of 35m2 with an incredible view on the French Riviera (sea view). Swimming Pool and outside Barbecue area will shine your day. 4 large bedrooms with (3 king size beds, 1 queen size), 3 bathrooms, large kitchen, living room of 60m2. Parking for 5 cars.

Located on the hills, the terrace view is totally outstanding and will help you relax and enjoy the peacefull atmosphere of the South of France. The Villa has been built to enjoy a typical summer time (swimming pool, barbecue, aperitif, etc.) as we love it in our region. Large bedrooms will make you able to rest in a calm environment. 15 mins away from Cannes and Grasse, 10 mins away form Lac de Saint Cassien, close to the famous Gorges du Verdon, the Villa is ideally located.
