Their website says they have a shuttle available under their additional amenity fee, so I called the front desk to ask for a shuttle to the Davenport Spa. Not only did they say “we don’t have a shuttle,” but as I was leaving the spa, I saw a shuttle WITH THE CENTENNIAL LOGO in the parking garage. There is no hot tub, the elevator is a little scary, and the coffee bar has weird hours.

I thought this was going to bea great stay, however it had flaws... Drove from Montana to this hotel, check in is at 4 and we could not get in our room until almost 5, which cut into pool time. The pool was cold even though it is supposed to be heated. Fyi, it was in the 80's for weather. I had two rooms and they where supposed to be together opening into the pool but only one room did. There was trash in both rooms on the floor by the bed. I was charged and extra fee for the premium rooms but only one was premium. On one room the back sliding doors lock was broken, mind you it opened into public space. One thing good was that it was dog friendly. 🐕 I was expecting more from this property. I will not stay again there are to many other options in Spokane. Hope this helps!

The hotel seemed not as clean as prior visits. Small garbage in the hallways, brownish red gunk (blood?) on the ceiling of our room and the pool looked like it had rust spots on the bottom. But the beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet.

We had the absolute best time celebrating our anniversary here! The staff was amazing and the property and room were wonderful. We loved easy access to the scooters and the amazing wide paths we could zoom around the river on! We will absolutely be back. This was an unforgettable stay!

We reserved a king sized bed in a room with a view of the river. When we got to the hotel the line to check in was enormous with only one person working at the counter. We left and went to dinner. We came back two hours later and mentioned the big line of people earlier and the woman made lame excuses instead of apologizing and then said the room we reserved had “something wrong with it” and we got bumped. We got two queens (we reserved a king because it was a treat to sleep in a big bed!), but it still had a view of the river. That was a lie. We had an unattractive roof top area with two chairs and a metal table overlooking kids in a pool. The price was the same. We think we got bumped so someone else could have the room. Very unhappy. Will not stay there ever again. The next morning I complained to a different woman at the counter and she could not have cared less. I plan on never staying there again, but I don’t think this hotel cares.

We loved our stay here. The room option with a patio on the pool was the best decision we’ve made with our kids. Close to an incredible playground, lots of restaurants, a mall and downtown. You can walk or scooter everywhere and the staff are so helpful.
