Very clean, neat and well run hotel. Rooms were exactly as described. The only complaint I have was the bed didn’t seem very comfortable to me. I have a very comfortable bed at home so it’s hard to find one that competes with that. It’s a small complaint, but one worth mentioning.

The Cenntinial is always our go to hotel. However, this trip was less than desirable. There were piles of trash at the entrance which were still there when we left the next day. We reserved a riverview room and got a parking lot room. The beds are usually very nice. However, the bed in room #553 was HORRIBLE. It was so broken down that it sagged almost to the ground when sat on and was so uncomfortable we both had to go to the chiropractor the next day because our backs were out. Definitely our worst stay so far.

Great place but call ahead about needs

The hotel was beautiful and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, some things were not working in our room, bulbs were dead in some of the lights, we did not know the jacuzzi and pool were closed, which was one of the selling points for us so that part was a bit disappointing.

Small town girl

Two people were attached to our reservation. At check out when inquiring about a “hotel amenities fee” $20 for WiFi, coffee and water. In our two person room, we paid $20 for WiFi we didn’t use, one bottle of water and ONE coffee pod. That’s insane. Should be better quality, enough in quantity per reach person on the reservation and charged only if used like a “mini bar” Also, I would like to add when you book a room for 305 dollars please disclose all the fees. Not everyone can afford 400+ dollars on their card when it took all they had to budget for 305!

The stay started great but by the end of the night declined. Our sheets on both beds were dirty, we had to change them ourselves, room service couldn’t be reached, restaurant wouldn’t answer phones, and a pizza we walked down to the restaurant to order took 1.5 hours.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before. Everything was great as usual. This however was the first time staying on a weekend. Checking in on Friday of concert weekend and state basketball made the hotel I’m sure sold out. The check in was a nightmare, 30mins to get checked in. This resulted in us not able to dine in your resturant before we went to the concert. There were 13 people in front of me when I walked in the front door all checking in and the line never ended behind me of people coming in. A gentleman walked up to a guy behind me and they asked when he got there. He said 45mins ago and the line was like that then too he said. 2 of the 4 computers had staff. Plan better for quicker check ins.

Good location, close to the Podium. Staffs are friendly and helping. But the room is dated, need major renovation, e.g. there is no air vent in the bathroom, air conditioning is very loud. The air in the room is not circulating. The wifi is extremely bad, barely usable.
