This 3-bedroom plus loft 2.5 bath tri-level condo located on the golf course in the Sunburst complex has 2045 square feet of living space and will sleep up to 8 people. On the main level of the condo is the living area with high ceilings for great light, a gas fireplace, and a 65-inch TV (streaming only). There is access to the deck with a gas grill and an outdoor table with 4 chairs. There is a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and 4 bar stools at the countertop for extra seating. There is even a Blendtec blender & coffee grinder! The dining room off the kitchen seats 8. There is an office space off the kitchen, and a full-size washer/dryer in the closet. This property has NO cable service on any of the TVs, but it does have a smart TV for Netflix & other streaming services.

On the lower level is the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a 55-inch flat-screen TV (streaming only), and access to a deck with outdoor chairs and a view of the golf course. The ensuite bath has a single sink vanity and tub/shower combo.
The second bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunks and a 36-inch screen TV (streaming only). The third bedroom has a Queen bed and a 45-inch screen TV (streaming only). Both of these bedrooms have access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and tub/shower combo.

The loft has a twin day bed for relaxing and many games to choose from, including a shuffleboard table.

Complex Features: No pets allowed. The Sunburst Condominiums have a year-round hot tub and a summer pool onsite. This condo DOES NOT include the Elkhorn Resort amenities. There is NO access to golf, tennis, or the pool at the Elkhorn Resort.

Construction Notice: Sunburst buildings will be getting a new roof over the next 2 summers. Half of the buildings will be scheduled in summer 2026 and the other half in summer 2027. By booking during these dates, you acknowledge that construction will be happening during your stay, and construction noise will be audible from your condo. 

Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub and a steam room. This condo also features barbecue grills and laundry facilities.
