Check-in assistance was non-existent. Staff were grumpy. As heating in the room in property controlled, we ended up turning it off. If not, it would have a health hazard. But then it also means we have no air circulation but to open the windows in winter.

The staff was amazing and patient with us not knowing Japanese. The rooms were VERY clean and had everything we needed for a nice visit here in Japan. Stood out: Onsen and information that's presented on the television the moment you walk int. The Onsen was something we definitely used and changed the way look at hotels. It was an experience that we will never forget. The information that was presented on the television about what the hotel offers and places to go in the area of Shinjuku was great. Definitely will be coming back to APA hotels!
