Comfortable room, great service. The 25m pool and spa are amazing. (There is an extra fee for the pool spa: 2000 yen, but you can get a free membership that allows use for 800 yet before 10AM or after 6PM.) The quiet neighbourhood in Koto-ku is a nice break from the busy-ness of Tokyo but it's a 10-minute walk to the metro, so a trip to tourist sites takes 30+ minutes. Restaurant options in the neighbourhood could be better. My room had a perfect view of Tokyo Skytree.

The Hotel was a good stay. Pool was closed for families. Has a pool in 4th floor that is 18 and over only. Buffet is not good at all we tried breakfast and dinner. Dinner had very limited choices, menu said sushi literally it was 6 pieces for everyone there. Tempura was not good. And pricing was around $80 per person. Not worth it at all.

The facility is a bit old but the room is spacious, staff super helpful, and coffee shop, restaurant and grocery store are right downstairs. Really enjoyed our stay there and I’d definitely come back.

While the property is older, it's very well-maintained and spotless. The location gave me pause, but it's only about a 10 minute walk to Toyocho station which gives you access to the Tozai line - it makes it easy to connect with other lines throughout Tokyo. The area of the hotel feels very safe and has a few dining options. There's also a grocery store just down from the hotel which makes it easy to pick up any basics. The staff at this hotel were really kind and accommodating. This hotel is also one that is served directly by the Limo Bus from Narita airport which was a major win (especially when you have large luggage). Would absolutely stay here again.

It was a really clean and quiet place that was very accessible. The staff were mostly welcoming, however I found at times that it felt like I was not wanted as a foreigner. Other than that, it was an amazing hotel with great service!
