The rooms were a bit dated, there was good floor space and under bed storage for luggages. The beds were quite terrible though 2/5. Water pressure on the shower and bidet could've been better. Staff was great help. Lots of laundry machines and dryers for guests to use. Location was great, kombini very close by and less than 10 min to the train stations, and 15 to ikebukuro downtown.

Sorry for the delay, but we were busy, as we had 2 bookings connected, to each other. But the hotel MyStays is in a great area for our 12 night stay. Very close to Higashi-Ickeburko, which was also close to Otsuka, that is great area. Now the hotel, very clean and staff were excellent and will go back there again. We have since moved to Tokyo Inn Fujisan Mishima-eki, and close to Atari. These 2 places are great. Regards Barry

Hotel mystays is located in a great area. You have access to multiple grocery stores, restaurants and convenience stores. It's roughly a 7 - 10min walk to the station and there is also a tram that brings you within a 2 min walk of the hotel

Room was clean though a bit old, but acceptable for the price point. Close enough walk to Ikebukuro but far away enough you don't get any noise. Having a kitchen was a big plus, I cooked some great waguu steak in there. Would definitely stay here again.
