One, minor thing I did not like... no room service available from the two restaurants associated with the hotel. Not even possible to bring left-over food back to your room. Otherwise, loved the hotel and would gladly stay there again the next time we are in Tokyo.

Comfortable and beautiful place to stay.

The hotel is quite gorgeous. The design they have for rooms and general spaces is beautifully Japanese themed. Staff are very helpful and some can speak English to a communicative degree where it is totally fine to ask for things in English. I unfortunately didn't get to take advantage of either restaurant located in the hotel, nor the afternoon refreshments they serve. However the next time I book a trip to Japan, I would consider booking this hotel a second time, or at least making time to go to the restaurants in the hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit at Hotel Niwa Tokyo. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. My hotel room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The property felt very safe. I just wish I had known the last time to enter the restaurant for breakfast was 9:30 am, and that the restaurant had smaller meals, like a small bento box, available for dinner.

Had a wonderful stay. Room was spotlessly clean and bed was comfortable and large. The staff were super friendly and helped us to send mail and also organise our luggage delivery. Really easy check in/out. Little touches like the free coffee in reception in the morning & proper coffee machine in the room with replenished coffee pods were much appreciated by me. Quiet location while still being easy walking distance to the JR station and close to tokyo dome. Would stay here again and recommend to others.
