The staffs are all so kind. Near Ueno station. I love all the amenities, they have hair dryer and hair straightener. This hotel is great for solo travellers. Highly recommended and I will definitely going to come back.

The best thing about this hotel was it's location. It's closeness to Ueno Station, being very convenient. No breakfast option was a downside, but we solved that by walking to Starbucks at the station, for a morning coffee. Unlike, cafes in NZ and Australia, many don't open til later in the morning.
