Perfectly fine for the money but the rooms are very small, even for Tokyo standards. The twin room had 2 mattresses but they were side by side with no gap between. The hotel seems to be used by large tour groups.

Great location

Ginza is a great place to walk around and Koko Hotel seemed to be close to everything. Clean rooms but very small based on western standards. Didn’t take us long to get use to it. So it was fine.

I enjoyed my stay at KOKO, the hotel was clean and safe. The location was great for us due to the time change we were up early every day and there is a McDonalds close and the 711. It was also close to the train stations.

It’s a nice clean hotel. Has a couple of vending machines, an area with a microwave and ice machine. They can also forward your luggage to your next destination. We opted out of that as they told us our luggage would arrive the next day and we had medications in our luggage. It’s a nice option. Be aware that the rooms are very small. But it’s in a great area and very walkable. Overall I felt like Japan is very safe.

Staff was mean, went to Tokyo Osaka and Kyoto and haven’t met staff this mean anywhere in Japan. Rooms were small and bed was small. Overpriced for what it is you can get a better hotel down the street for the same price. Would not recommend to anyone

The location is okay. The property has the tired look. With the luggage around front desk, the lobby looks more like a storage room. The hotel room is dark and look right into the balcony across the street. ( We were on the third floor.)

Last couple of days in Tokyo this hotel was handy to Ginza area shopping and handy enough by short taxi ride to Tokyo station. Nice washer/dryer in the laundry and access to coffee etc anytime.
