A gem

Train leaving Tokyo was cancelled, so needed to book a hotel at the last minute. This one is 10 min or so by taxi, fast check in, very clean, in a nice neighborhood. Even has a tiny laundry room on first floor. Had a wonderful dinner down the street and slept well.

A great and very helpful staff! Its a nice and quiet spot. Its a great location with neat spots to shop and checkout nearby. Lots of good food opts and close to the train station!

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. The room was perfect for me. Only thing I would say is that there was mould around the outside of the bath/shower, which is an easy fix. I loved staying here. Definitely will be back!

Upon walking up, the property looks clean and fairly modern. The location is great with a 7Eleven right across the street and a Starbucks and Starbucks Reserve just a couple of blocks down. The train stations are a 10 minute walk. Our room and bathroom were clean for the most part. The staff did their job in checking us in, and assisted us if we had a need. Three stars for meeting their job duties but I didn't feel it warranted anymore than that. No one went above and beyond, but it was sufficient for our stay. I know Japanese customer service isn't necessarily known for it's warmth and fuzziness, but it felt a bit robotic. Anyway, it didn't make or break our stay thankfully. The room size is extremely small. I've been to Tokyo several times so I know room size can be limited, but I was a bit surprised as to exactly how small our room was. In the end we needed it to sleep and shower, so it met our needs, but it was definitely snug quarters for me and my young daughter. Would I stay here again? Maybe, depending on if I was traveling solo or who I am traveling with.
