Great location and staff us very polite and helpful. Rooms are extremely small and although clean are starting to show signs of wear and tear. Bathrooms definitely need updating. Our room although listed as a double was really a single. With the bed up against the wall both people had to get out for the person next to the wall to get up

We picked this hotel for being central to everything. There are some nice viewing options for the Shibuya Crossing too. If the weather is bad you can stay under cover and still catch a train, do some shopping, try numerous restaurants, and get a snack and coffee at Starbucks, all while staying dry.

It’s the location. Right across from the JR station and right next to the Scramble. Can be difficult to initially find the entry. Very nice buffet with the best fresh fruit anywhere. Very clean, nice helpful staff. I would stay there again, no question.
