The hotel was clean and quiet. TV only showed a few channels. Was disappointed that I couldn’t watch football or get the local channels Was told this has been an issue for several days

Walked in my room won the TV didn't work to the blinds are broken and I think the room had bed bugs cuz I left there really itchy got home had little spots all over me staff did come up and fix the TV somebody before me had disconnected it blinds never got fixed

Large hotel with four floors only has TWO luggage carts according to the front desk! At midnight zero were available. I'm a senior who just finished driving SIX hours. There was no one to help so I left the luggage in the car. I will never, ever stay here again!

Room was clean. Rooms are very small, no closet, microwave, or coffee maker. Nothing like the other True Hotels. Only one elevator working. Hallway in hotel was not vaccumed. Breakfast was not up to par. They BEST part of our stay was Emily at the front desk. Friendly, helpful and a joy to talk to. She made our stay better.

From check in to the time I left, it was excellent. The room attendant knocked on the door aggressively 30 minutes before check in, but other than that the 3ntire staff was professional and everyrhing was great with the modern decor and comfy beds.
