Absolutely loved our stay at Novotel North York - though the lobby was a little too perfumy. The breakfast buffet should inform guests that coffee is not included in the price.

Excellent mattress and duvet and pillow, I rarely have a good sleep in hotels but this place gave me a really nice sleep and fully charged the next day. Also plenty of dining options nearby, mostly Korean and Chinese food, sushi, bbq Ayce, and the TTC subway is right downstairs. Excellent place to stay

Had issue with checking in, my Credit Cards had issue's with Card reader. It was extremely busy at the time was frustrating for myself & Staff. A manger with your group did assist us with the problem & did get checked in. Her assistance was appreciated very friendly and knowable.

Great location with easy access to highways and TTC. Lots of things to do in walking distance. Staff were friendly. Only negative were the beds. The mattresses looked concave and well used. Didn’t have a chance to use any other amenities.
