What a beautiful hotel! One King West is centrally located and right on public transportation lines. It is within easy walking distance (10-15 minutes) to Union Station, Harbourfront, Distillery District, Hockey Hall of Fame, and Entertainment District. We paid $25 dollars extra per night for a guaranteed room above the 70th floor to have a full view of the beautiful city of Toronto. Well worth it! Staff was professional, courteous, and pleasant. We will be back!

This is a 3 star hotel with embellished ratings. The hotel rooms are dirty, dated, and require updating. Wallpaper peeling from the bathroom walls, mould along the shower grout, poor layout, and zero sound proofing. We experienced the most hallway noise I’ve ever come across in this hotel, and there is zero sound proofing to the front doors. The housekeeping staff are noisy and walk around the hallways with their radios on loud, sounding like they are in your room. The toilet malfunctioned overnight causing intermittent tank noise and overall it felt as though we would have had a cleaner and more restful stay at a motel. Would not recommend staying here.
