The room was very comfortable, the service at front desk was very good, everything was smooth. The only complain we have was that i ask about direction to the restaurant Dents and the person in the bar told me we could sit down anywhere even though I ask how to get to Denys as the bar said only for 19 and older. He said we could sit down anywhere, because there wasn't any table for 5 people he proceeded to put 2 tables together and then he told us that minors could not dine there. We had to leave and we found the way to the restaurant ourselves. Other than that it was a good stay. Even the shuttle was good service. Thank you.

The jets for the whirlpool didn’t work even after I called the front desk they wanted to come up to my room at 11:00pm.. there wasn’t even water inside the fridge. I would honestly want a refund of some sorts since the room costed me 400$ for absolutely nothing..

Really nice hotel.. Love that Denny’s is attached - great food options especially for kids! Cons.. -No waterside (we booked with the impression there was) -Hot water runs extremely hot and dangerous for kids and adults - difficult regulating water -CAR was STOLEN from front parking lot!!! They were kind and comp’d our room but we had to find a way home (2 hours away)

This hotel is great, the only downside is that it doesn't include breakfast or lunch, so the price per night is high. Aside from that, it's very nice.
