Room was clean, their was no divider between the living area and bedroom as advertised and also as before as we had taken my daughter before with us and I was able to use the jet bath without disturbing the living area. I do think the tv should have a better tv bracket so you are able to pull it round towards the bath!

Honestly wasn't impressed at all. When we booked the hotel one of the amenities we wanted was the hot tub and pool - nowhere on the site did it mention they were under construction. The room was okay...one of the TVs wasn't working so had to call to have it fixed...the walls and windows werw dirty and the onlg remote we had for both tvs was completely broken with buttons missing. Overall pretty disappointing experience from a higher end hotel.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was very nice and were very helpful. Room didn't have the sliding door for the bedroom. You can hear people talking in the hallway and everything that the people above dropped on the floor. Only had a rainshower head in the bathroom, which isn't great if you don't want to get your hair wet. They could've dropped the price due to no use of the pool or hottub. Hopefully after all the renovations are done, it'll be better.

The airport shuttle may be free but you have to call ahead and it takes forever. The first time I called the lady at the front desk told me twenty minutes. After an out it still hadn’t come around. Took a rather expensive cab instead.
