My stay at the Sandman Hotel Toronto was disappointing. The front desk staff were unwelcoming and very procedural at check-in. When I arrived at my room, the fridge was not working. Maintenance came to look at it but never followed up, and I was left waiting until I called down myself. Later I was told to come downstairs to change rooms. The new room was smaller, but staff insisted it was the same room type and offered nothing for the inconvenience. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and indifferent to guests. I would not stay here again.

Everything was fine with room , staff and generally component servlive until I got a text after check out prompting me to leave a gratuity and providing a link. I leave gratuities for exceptional service when I stay in hotels not for meting doing what I have already paid for. Left a bad taste in my mouth Sandman- get your act together!

Very dirty room, bathroom was extremely poor condition. All surfaces either falling apart or not even close to having been cleaned in years. Moldy shower. Very gross to be honest. Will never stay again. Also didn’t receive emailed receipt like they told me I would receive automatically.

I was not told about the breakfast even though I had credit for $15. After I checked expedia email. I went to Moxis retaurant and ordered 2 breakfast and paid around $42 with the tip.

I had a nice stay at the hotel but the shuttle to the airport was delayed which made me late and I had to run through the airport. But it was because of a lot of snow so they probably don’t usually have this issue.
