This was a really pleasant stay -- especially the hospitality of the front desk staff, including when I called before arrival, needed something during my stay, and helping me add on an extra night after weather affected my travel. Would definitely stay here again!

The heated floors were basically the best part of my stay . . The most shocking and main reason this will be my 1st and only visit is you charge guests for using the television? What kind of garbage is that? Never heard of a hotel of any kind charging you to turn the tv on, let alone not tell you there is a charge until you check out . . Absolutely embarassing

What an amazing hotel! Smells amazing in the lobby of the hotel and rooms as well. The staff is so friendly and amazing. I would recommend staying here to anyone. Will definitely be returning in the summer!

I had a really horrible morning due to having flight issues, and when I told the front office staff about what happened, her first question was "how can we make your day better?" I was taken aback! I had no answer! What a wonderful, caring, and sweet response! Thrn, she told me that I got a room upgrade. I had pre-ordered french macarons for myself, and instead of just 8 pieces, they gave me 12! I also had a tray of Godiva chocolates and a gift bag of beauty products! I requested for extra amenities, and they were all provided in the bathroom, as well! The room was immaculate, the roomy bathroom had heated floorsand the bathtub was amazing. The salt water pool and hot tub was great, as well! They also had suggestions for me as to where to eat, amd the concierge was so welcoming and wonderful, too! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, thank you for your fantastic customer service. This is how it should be done by everyone. Highly recommend!!!
