Room was large with great bathroom. Bar/restaurant attached was trendy and busy. Only complaint A/C was not great. 75 when we arrived at 1pm. 73 by 9pm. 70 when we woke up. However it was only 68 outside. I would be worried in July and August if the A/C could keep up.

Check-in was a breeze and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathrooms are a perk and there was tons of room for our bags and clothes, separate from the sleeping area which was lovely. We love the very convenient location and would definitely book this hotel again.

My husband and I stayed at this property for two nights while in the city for a concert. Location was great-walkable to all parts of the city and close by to ttc. Staff were responsive and quick when we requested any items, also knowing where the closest ttc was an had recommendations for dinner when asked. Rooms were bright and clean, lots of towels in the bathroom and coffee pods for the nespresso were replenished. We had a great stay and would recommend it to friends ans will stay again when we attend concerts or jays games.

You're essentially paying for the location. The room, service, cleanliness etc were above average but didn't blow my socks off. If you are in town for an event at Rogers then I would recommend tjis place 100%. The only issues I had was with the shower. Hot water was hit or miss and for some reason there were two shower heads. One working and one not. I feel like that would have been taken care of in an executive suite.
