The staff make the place! Can’t fault any member of staff, they all went above and beyond! The hotel is nicely decorated but is showing signs of age in places. Very welcoming with my dog, but there is only one tiny bin outside…could be an idea to install some more?

Fantastic hotel, gorgeous room. For a hotel that is striving for 5 star up market, the food, particularly the cooked breakfast was poor. 3663/brake brothers at best. Frozen and reheated.

Nothing was too much trouble

From check in to spa, breakfast to bar service, housekeeping to checkout; everything was superb and mither was too much trouble. Very friendly, efficient teams in all departments. Amazing location for a relaxing long weekend.
