Their website states that they have airport transfer 24 hours. That is why we booked this hotel for a very early 6:30 AM flight. We had to be at the airport around 4:30 for an international flight. They actually don’t start their runs to the airport until 5:30, so not as advertised. They called a cab for us, but for the 2 mile ride it was 25 euros. Also no AC in October even though room was hot with everything off. They say their system was turned to heat. Very basic room.

The front staff were very and helpful. Breakfast was great and the staff in the breakfast area were friendly. We loved how it was away from the crowds of Venice but only a short bus ride to see the sights.

Nice enough hotel nothing special about 5 minutes from the airport. Be careful not to get ripped off from the taxi, we were charged 20 Euros when we should have been charged 5 Euros. The staff was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable but the walls were a bit thin, not super sound proof, but worked ok.

Nice room with everything you need. Andrea on front desk was super friendly & helpful. Bed a bit hard for me but that’s just personal preference. Double glazing was not great and with a room at the front the main rd traffic was very loud.

Room was perfect and close to the airport for convenience. Bus to Venice was close and direct and easily managed, restaurants were close to the hotel and very good options. Breakfast was great, lots of options, healthy and very good and clean area. Hotel staff were terrific and helpful. Great overall.

Very noisy hotel, and extremely small rooms. I compare this to a motel six and quality. Area not very safe to drive as outside walks or extremely narrow, and not any restaurants to eat eat. There was only one.

Air conditioner counl't work well, we stayed room temperature too cool but no way to make it up to C 21。, when we completed with front desk that she said this by government regulations.
