Great to stay just south of San Marco. Great restaurants withing a short distance. We were just a few minutes walk from the Academia and Peggy Guggenheim museums and very minimal distance from the Academia Bridge. The hotel is lovely. Breakfast was great and a good way to start the day. Servers at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. We stayed a week and were glad to be out of the busiest areas but still close enough to everything.

Excellent stay ! This is our second stay with my daughter ! Gianni was very friendly and helpful . All the recommendations for restaurants and sites were exquisite . Five star service . We stayed here to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and the staff truly made it special. Sofia at reception was incredibly kind and welcoming — she offered us an arrival breakfast even though we arrived early and surprised us with a room upgrade, which meant so much to us. At the restaurant, Irene was amazing with a wonderful personality and made every interaction enjoyable. The room was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. It was cleaned multiple times a day, which really showed the level of care and attention to detail. The breakfast was okay — not spectacular, but still perfectly fine. Overall, the service, staff, and room easily made this a memorable and special stay. We would happily return.

Truly a 5* experience. The room was well appointed and I think they may have even cleaned it twice a day. Bathroom was gorgeous with floor to ceiling marble. Breakfast was the highlight for us. The buffet had a wide selection of baked goods and cold cuts, and they take orders at your table for hot food and beverages. For the Americans: 1. Everyone in the staff is fluent in English (and probably 4 other languages) 2. The beds are pushed together twins so there is a seam in the middle 3. If you want a strong latte order two cappuccinos, the cafe latte has more milk than a typical US lattes Staff was amazing, shout out to Laura in dining who was incredibly warm and welcoming!

Beautiful property and the room was fantastic. They pay attention to the small details. The restaurant and bar are also wonderful. It’s very close by to the Vaparetto stop which is also convenient. Just an overall great experience!

The staff was so friendly, helpful, attentive. All the food at the hotel was so fresh and good. Breakfast was exceptional! We have been traveling all over Italy for 2 weeks and dinner at hotel restaurant was one of the best we had. If you stay, I recommend having dinner at the hotel at least one night. Max takes very good care of you!
