Amazing location

Pros: Location, view, room, staff, food, price
Cons: I honestly cant say anything could be improved
Location: Location right in front of terminal for water buses, taxi and gondolas St Marks sq is a 5 min walk perfect location for stay
the hotel is right on the water at taxi stop so easy to get to and from airport. The view from our junior suite was spectacular. staff were excellent, ordered breakfast to room it was Delicious. Can never go back to Venice without staying there again close to St Marks Sq. Booked flight and hotel through ebookers got such a great deal (again).

Excellent Hotel - Great Location

Pros: Restaurant outside for breakfast and dinner. The great views of the lagoon from our room where we could sit and watch the boat traffic.
Cons: Nit picking really - but the scrambled egg at breakfast wasn't always warm.
Location: You can't beat the location. It's directly opposite the San Zaccharia water bus stop and 5 mins walk to the Doge's Palace and St Marks Square.
Had a junior suite on the second floor with a view of the Lagoon. Room was clean and had all the facilities you would expect including tea & coffee making often missing in 4+ star hotels that prefer you to use more expensive room service. Housekeeping staff friendly and efficient - nice touch is them coming in to turn down the bed etc whilst you are at dinner Reception staff, porters and restaurant waiters all friendly and helpful. Reception desk staff assisted us by using their computer to check us in for our return flight and printed off boarding passes - all done with good grace.

Hyvä ja siisti hotelli keskeisellä sijainnilla. Helppo löytää, koska vaporettopysäkki on suoraan hotellia vastapäätä. Huone oli aika pieni, mutta oikein siisti ja viihtyisä. Aamiainen oli loistava, mutta jos meni heti klo 7 kun aamiainen oli ilmoitettu alkavaksi, niin kattaus oli selvästä vielä kesken, ruokia puuttui ja ulkoterassille ei vielä päässyt. Mutta kaikin puolin erittäin suositeltava hotelli!

perfekte Lage

Ein Hotel mit so einer perfekten Lage findet ihr in Venedig kein zweites. Das Frühstück ist mit 10 Sternen zu vergeben nicht nur für das super Essen sondern die Terasse die man nutzen kann und die herrliche Aussicht. Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Putzpersonal sehr freundlich was man von der Rezeption leider nicht behaupten kann. Eine freundlichere Art sollte man in diesem Beruf schon haben. Was leider schade ist das man jeden Schritt und Bewegung im Flur mitbekommt. Aber würde nochmals Buchen

Personnel à l écoute petit déjeuner excellent. Propreté des chambres très bien. Hôtel bien placé aux départs des différents lignes. Je recommande cet hotel il vaut bien les 4etoiles
