All the staff was friendly. Especially liked Lisa that was in the breakfast area. Roomed smelled and looked clean. Only complain is I thought the elevators could be cleaned up a little inside.

Great stay! The pool was amazing, love the waterfall. Breakfast was good and served hot. Employees were very attentive. The room could be upgraded but overall we had a great stay.

It was a bummer that the pool was closed for my entire stay. It looks beautiful. The room I was in was not renovated yet (renovations in progress throughout hotel) and it smelled a little musty. Also the tv didn't work well. Believe it or not, the reception was poor. I'd probably stay again though because it is so close to where my kids live.

I’m not sure why but my hotel room constantly felt damp from humidity. I thought the AC helped but when I came back from being out one day it still felt damp in the room and the bedding and carpets even felt damp. I’m also bummed the pool wasn’t open yet because that was the feature that had me choosing this hotel above others

Below expectations.

First, I booked a King for one of the 2 rooms we booked and this was done with the hotel receptionist. It was NOT available when we checked in. They gave it to someone else. Both rooms (231 & 233) were damp. The rug and the linens were damp, and the rooms had a dampness to them. My tub and sink would not drain properly. Water came up over my feet when I was taking a shower. Our rooms were not cleaned on Saturday while we were out. We did not say anything to the personnel as I expected to do it this way.

I booked this hotel on a trip and chose it because it had a pool. Upon arrival, we discovered the pool was not operational, neither was the fitness area. I would not have chosen this property if I would have known it didn’t have an operational pool. I feel as though advertising it was misleading to customers and that is a poor business practice.
