Room didn't seem very clean. Bathtub looked dirty. Towel had something dirty on it. Asked for toilet paper had to go get it myself the next day. Should provide extra garbage bags, since they don't clean room daily. Would not stay again.

The room was filthy. The was hair all over the bathroom and bed. The plates in the kitchen had food residue on them. I stayed for 3 nights ans the 3 nights tve internet and tv was down. Worst experience of my life.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and I must say that it has gone down hill. The room had roaches and the refrigerator was broken (freezer was forming icicles so bad it was dripping into to the fridge and the fridge was hot). Pool was closed and the doors to get in from other than the front entrance were constantly broken making you go in front. Then for some reason my gift card wasn’t applied and I had to go complain to the front desk. My card had been locked by someone and I had to fix my account to get it unlocked. Very disappointed and will be staying at a closer hotel next time. We stayed here because it was our favorite but unfortunately it has been severely neglected.

The hotel resembled a budget motel rather than a properly maintained property. The interior appeared dilapidated and outdated, not renovated, and the room was not thoroughly cleaned. I would not stay there again.
