"Good alternative to staying at Heathrow if you have a flight the next day. Windsor has plenty of shops, restaurants and walks, making it ideal for short stays.
The hotel is opposite Windsor Castle, so we got a great view of the daily parade. The hotel itself is undergoing an external refurbishment, but the rooms are done to a high standard.
We also had Afternoon Tea in The Leaf, which was pleasant, but the quality of sandwiches were not great. The Coronation Chicken/Vegetarian wraps were nice, but there was very little filling and taste in the other varieties."
