Beautiful Condo - Riverfront-Slopeside-Walk to Resort-On Bus Route

Beautiful, remodeled condo, within walking distance (only 1/3 mile) to the ski resort, located in Old Town Winter Park. Gorgeous mountain views and the Fraser River in your back yard. The condo has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping 8 people in rooms. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper to hold 2 additional people. We also provide 2 twin air mattresses with bedding. The bedrooms provide plenty of space for the air mattresses. All new high-end kitchen that will meet all of your needs. The condo has a large dining area with an additional small island area, fireplace in the living room, open spacious floor plan and large picture windows in the living room overlooking the Fraser River. The bedrooms are nicely separated and with attached bathrooms providing privacy when needed. There is a one-stall heated garage with a carport in the front. Two decks, one off of each level. The main living room has a TV and DVD player. Cable is also available. The 3 main bedrooms include a TV with cable.

Trademark is just a short walk to the ski resort or ride the free shuttle, with pickup near the complex (within 1 block and last stop to the resort). Cross Country skiing available on the Fraser Trail. During the summer, enjoy the Fraser trail for walking and biking just outside the back yard. A short 2 mile ride or walk to Winter Park. Multiple golf courses are just 15-30 minutes away at Fraser and Granby. Winter Park is known as the Mountain Bike Capital of the USA. Over 600 miles of bike trails for all levels of bike riders.

If you are not a ski pass holder, please see this site for single day tickets. They are limited for sales each day to control the crowds. Please be sure to get a ski pass before booking, if you are looking to ski.
